A True Success Story

Behind every success story there lays tragedy and tremendous loss. Don’t forget that much success as well as prosperity is the end result of heartache and back breaking work. This post is to honor those who spent money they didn’t have, time they couldn’t get enough of, and so much blood and sweat drained it left their hands shaking. I would like to talk about my own story if you wouldn’t mind since I find it to be helpful, and possibly inspirational to those who wonder and question if they would ever make it.
Growing up I was confused and lost with no particular path or direction. I thought that music was my ‘key’ out of the rat race, my solution to the crisis, or what I like to call my life. In my early adult years I had done so much wrong in my life I was losing faith in the fact that time is running out and there wasn’t any hope at all left for me. I was unemployable, by that I mean every job I had at some point or another I was left unfulfilled. Not knowing why, I kept doing the same routine for years learning different things and developing myself to something I wasn’t exactly sure of. I hadn’t always been the reader type, however I quickly fell in love with self help books, particularly ones that taught you how to become millionaires. I read anything from ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ to ‘The Art Of War’ in attempt to educate myself and find something others were overlooking, what I had been overlooking my entire life. One thing was for certain, I knew I wanted to be successful, both financially and in my personal life.
I won’t tell you that I am this miracle child, that over night I went from nothing to something. I won’t tell you that it’s so easy anyone can do it, and that its minimal effort with maximum amount of gains. You see then I would be just lying to you, so instead I am going to tell you the truth. Living at my uncle’s house with no car, with no place to call my own as well as no money to pay for my own food made me feel more ashamed than you could possibly know. I had absolutely zero friends which equaled to no self esteem; I lacked confidence which resulted to no life which will eventually lead to no future.
It is difficult for people to tell the truth, especially in this industry and I never quite understood that. How can people trust you when from the very beginning you are lying to them? It doesn’t add up does it? I had a tough time getting on my feet but you know what I did it, and is that not more of an inspiration than to tell you something that’s redundant and not fully true? I believe so because you know what I partnered up with the right people sure, but the right people wouldn’t have partnered up with me if they didn’t see what I saw in them. It’s about honesty and using techniques and strategies that work. It is not about hype and what’s the new best thing, who is the most famous, the most popular, because it all comes down to action. What you place into action may or may not work, so find out for yourself if the truth is what will set you aside or if it’s still the hype. You have to decide, you have to choose for yourself. In anything in life you are faced with critical decisions and daily situations where you are needed to make a choice. If you have not been making the best choices then you are not where you could be. So my friends make the right choice, in life, in business, it is your obligation and it will lead toward a path of success. That I can promise you…

I agree, behind every success story there is a tragedy and visa versa especially in the online industry. Most people that try to start a business online are usually in a position that they didn’t expect to be in. It’s all about mindset on which path. Find positive people and stick with them.
Christine,
Truly you have a way with words! In most cases the people who jump on to any business venture of any kind in any field assume the best and do not prepare for the worst. I believe in optimism, and to be frank its what helped carry me through up to this point. However those really successful people who everyone thinks ‘all of a sudden’ gained tremendous success have been implementing rigorous, tedious, and sometimes bothersome steps that compounded over time ultimately is what lead them to success!!
The information presented is top notch. I’ve been doing some research on the topic and this post answered several questions.
